New Quilts

I have just finished a Christmas lap Quilt. Grinch's Christmas. A friend of mine had purchased a kit on one of his vacations. He asked me to put it together for him. I've been working on it in between construction. It's been about a month I finished it this weekend. It contained a large panel with a picture of the Grinch on it. So when I got to that point to quilt it I decided to sew a meandering stitch around him and stitch puffies in through his Santa suit. I like the way it turned out. I'm taking it to him tomorrow.

I also received the two quilts I had sent to the quilter this weekend! I was so excited I finished all 3 this weekend. The one made into giant flowers is a wedding present for a friend of mine. It measures at least 100' x 100" and I made it with batiks.

And this one is made with Peach, Green, and Blue fabrics and measures 98" x 98" and can be seen on Etsy just fallow the Pen's Precious Treasure store link at the top of the page.

       This one was a little harder I had some directional fabric. I had to make sure it was all going in the right direction.
